Looking for a birthday party that is active, exciting, and anything but ordinary? Celebrate at Mid-Atlantic Gymnastics Center with a gymnastics party packed with fun, laughter, and plenty of opportunities to get moving!
Our 1 hour and 30 minute birthday parties are designed to give kids an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The first 60 minutes are filled with exciting gymnastics activities led by our awesome instructors, including trampolines, obstacle courses, gymnastics activities, and more!
After the gymnastics fun, the celebration continues for another 30 minutes in our lively waiting room, where your group can enjoy snacks, open presents, and celebrate with friends and family.
It's the perfect combination of action-packed gymnastics and birthday celebration—and a great way to make memories your birthday kid will be talking about long after the party is over!

🎂 BOOK YOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY🎁 Birthday Party Information
We want your party to be as fun and stress-free as possible! Please review the following information to help your birthday celebration run smoothly and ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience.
⏰ Party Length
All birthday parties are 1 hour and 30 minutes of fun.
🕐 Start & End Times
Parties begin and end promptly at the scheduled time. Because another party may be scheduled after yours, we kindly ask that your party is packed up and ready to leave by the end of your scheduled time so our staff can prepare for the next celebration.
🎈 Arrival & Setup
The party host family may arrive up to 30 minutes before the party to set up decorations and greet guests.
🤸 Gym Equipment
Only children participating in the party may be on the gymnastics equipment.
👶 Children Under 4
Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the gym floor during all activities.
🪑 Party Area
Your party will have access to two large rectangular tables plus smaller side tables that can be used.
🍕 Food & Drinks
All food and drinks must remain in the waiting room.
🤸 Gym Rules
- No gum during gymnastics activities.
- No piñatas are permitted.
🧊 Refrigerator & Freezer
A small refrigerator and freezer are available if needed during your party.
🧺 Table Setup
Two tablecloths are required for the large tables. Please bring them with you for your party setup.
🎈 Decorations
To help protect our facility, taping, hanging, or attaching decorations to our waiting room walls or windows is not permitted.
👨👩👧 Party Capacity
Once a birthday party capacity package is purchased, it cannot be changed. If you have questions about which party size to purchase, please contact the facility before booking.
📅 Rescheduling
- Rescheduling more than 2 weeks before your party will incur a $10 transfer fee.
- Rescheduling within 2 weeks of the party date may result in additional fees.
❗ Refund Policy
Birthday parties are non-refundable. However, we will always do our best to work with you if scheduling issues arise.
❤️ Staff Appreciation
Our instructors work hard to make your child's birthday party special! Tips are always appreciated but never required.
